AN AWARD-WINNING MAGIC GAME SHOW

THE OTHER SIDE

This isn't a show you watch — it's a show you play.

What Is The Other Side?

The Other Side is not a traditional magic show. It's a fully interactive game show where the audience isn't watching the action — they are the action. Every seat is a contestant's chair. Every moment is a chance to play.

Blending sleight-of-hand illusion, psychological mind games, and theatrical storytelling, The Other Side transforms a room full of strangers into a team of co-conspirators, competing and collaborating their way through an evening of impossible moments.

Winner of Best Magic Show at the Orlando Fringe Festival (2023) and Best Ensemble (2024), The Other Side has been called "the most fun you can have in a theater" and is now touring nationally.

“The most fun you can have in a theater. Gerhardt doesn't just perform magic — he builds a world and invites you to live in it for an hour.”

“Part magic show, part game show, all heart. The Other Side is the rare theatrical experience that makes you forget you're sitting in an audience.”

Fringe Review

“Sebastian Gerhardt has found the perfect formula: wonder, laughter, and genuine human connection. A must-see.”

Step Through the Door

The lights drop. A hush falls over the room. And then — the impossible begins. You feel the cards change in your own hands. You watch a thought pulled from a stranger's mind. You make choices that alter the course of the show.

The Other Side isn't performed at you. It's performed with you. Every audience shapes the show differently. Every night is unrepeatable.

“I wanted to build something where the audience walks out saying 'we did that together' — not 'he fooled us.'” — Sebastian Gerhardt

Sebastian Gerhardt

Born in Oslo, Norway, Sebastian Gerhardt began performing magic at age seven — captivated by the way close-up magic created instant connection between strangers.

That same passion has taken him from living rooms to boardrooms, with performances for SunTrust, Lockheed Martin, LG, Wells Fargo, and the Orlando Magic. He's an award-winning member of the International Brotherhood of Magicians, recognized in MagicSeen and MAGIC Magazine, and served as the official magician of the Orlando Magic.

After surviving a battle with brain cancer in 2018, Sebastian brings more than tricks to the stage — he brings a message: that miracles, when real, can transform people. The Other Side is the culmination of that belief.
